Want to schedule a follow-up training support meeting?
For most people, training in WordPress is an ongoing exercise. As you get deeper into learning the ins and outs of your website, you might find more questions come up.
It is my goal for you to be equipped to work independently and use the same tools that I use to solve WordPress problems.
After training, you receive the following:
- Access to email support for 60 days
- Follow-up screen sharing time for 60 days. By appointment only.
- You may schedule one screen share time block at a time.
- Follow-up time blocks are typically scheduled for 1 hour but may require less time.
- Your list of topics and questions is required in advance of screen share scheduling. I will need time to prepare for our meeting.
Here’s what follow up support looks like…
Follow up support looks different from training.
You can count on me to:
- Ask you to take steps in problem solving.
- Ask you to watch the recordings of our training.
- Point you in the right direction or help you get started
- Confirm when a problem is not fixable
- Work with you to create a “To-Do” list of independent work
- Offer you additional paid services if appropriate
- Cheer you on!
- Let you know if I am unavailable for a week or more during your support period. I want to be sure you’re covered!
- Send you personalized tutorials if the tutorial you need doesn’t already exist.
- I will ask you to provide a list of your challenges via email before I offer you a Zoom meeting. Many of your questions may be resolved with a custom video or email response. If we have a good agenda, then we can make sure your time is used efficiently.
