Priority website crisis support. This service includes problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, problem discussion, and our solution recommendations. This service may or may not include fixing the problem depending upon the complexity of the solution. If the problem can be resolved within 1 to 2 hours then we will apply the solution without additional charge. When extended work is required, we gain approval for additional expenses in advance of moving forward.

• site is completely down or so slow that it is basically useless

One of the special benefits of being one of our website management clients is access to a website manager who will be available in the event of a website crisis–even on evenings and weekends.

A domain name transfer can occur if you decide to change domain registrars or when there is a transfer of domain ownership. A domain name transfer is uncommon. But we see the need for a transfer come up, for example, when a previous website developer registered your domain name in their own name. So, they own it–not you. We collaborate with you to initiate and monitor the domain name transfer. *This service is available to subscription clients only.

A Website Migration involves moving your website away from one hosting server to another more secure hosting server which is registered in your company name.
A website migration is sometimes required prior to becoming our client because

• perhaps your website is hosted at your former website developer’s account?
• Or, perhaps the hosting company your are signed up with is low quality?

Whatever the reason, we will guide you through the process to sign up for your own hosting account. Pricing is determined by the complexity of the migration.
Simple Migration: $400 (4 hours or less)
Complex Migration: $600-$800 (More than 4 hours)
