What’s included

A dedicated social media manager. One person plans, creates, and publishes your content. She learns your business over time and tells you what’s needed from your side, rather than routing you through a content team or a scheduling queue.

Platforms. Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We work where established businesses and nonprofits reach customers, donors, and professional audiences.

Posting and content creation. There’s no fixed post-per-week quota; cadence and content scope are set around your business, because a restaurant’s calendar and a manufacturer’s calendar shouldn’t look alike.

Reporting. Two views every reporting period: the performance reports each platform provides, and the number that matters more, inbound traffic from social media to your website, tracked in Google Analytics. Social activity that never reaches your website is a metric, not a result.

What’s not included. We don’t do photography or videography; visual assets come from you or from what your business already has, and your social media manager will tell you what’s needed. And we don’t do community management; responding to comments and direct messages stays with your team, because those conversations belong to the people who can act on them.

Management or training: which fits

Plenty of organizations start with one and move to the other in both directions: training clients who discover nobody has time to post, and management clients who eventually want the capability in-house. Neither path is wrong, and we’ll tell you which fits when we understand your situation.

How it connects to your website

Social media works best when it supports your broader digital presence, including your website and search visibility. That’s not a slogan here; it’s why we track inbound website traffic as the core report, and it’s the practical advantage of having social managed next to the rest of your web presence.

Social media management is available on its own; it does not require a website management subscription. That said, organizations that want this service often want it packaged with website management, so the same team handling your website, its content, and its search visibility is also running the channels that feed it. If that’s the shape you’re after, we’ll scope both together. Our web marketing page shows how the pieces fit.

Who it’s for

Established businesses and nonprofit organizations with services to explain, work to show, or causes to advance. If your organization can supply the raw material (the news, the photos, the point of view), your social media manager turns it into a consistent presence.

This service isn’t the lowest-cost way to stay active on social media, and it isn’t a substitute for a working website. Social posting produces leads by sending people somewhere that converts them, so if the website needs work first, we’ll tell you that before you spend money on social media posting.

Great communication

“In the past few years we have used Emily’s team for our social media needs at the Hickory House Restaurant in Gahanna, Ohio. Their work is impeccable. They are quick to respond to our needs and requests. The most valuable part of their efforts are their communication as far as promotion, review response, and providing analytical data for us to review.”

Frequently asked questions about social media management

How much does social media management cost?

Subscriptions start at $1,497 per month, with pricing customized to your platforms, cadence, and content needs. You'll have an exact number before anything starts.

Do you create the photos and videos?

No. Photography and videography aren't part of the service; we build content from the visual assets you provide or already have. Your Social Media Manager will tell you specifically what's needed and when.

What's the difference between social media management and social media training?

Management means we do the work: planning, creating, posting, and reporting. Training means we teach your team to do it, in private sessions built around your actual accounts. If you're unsure which you need, the deciding question is usually staff time, not skill.
