Refund Requests and Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes things happen such as illness and flight delays that may require rescheduling. In the event of illness of a trainer or trainee, scheduled training dates/times may be rescheduled. In such an event, the cost of non-refundable travel expenses will be borne by the individual or company initiating the cancellation or change in schedule.
Requests for refunds of the following are not granted for:
- non-refundable travel expenses and time associated with travel on behalf of the customer or the trainer.
- services already provided
- services paid for but not used by the customer due to reasons unrelated to our availability or willingness. i.e., forgetting, illness, lack of time. Rescheduling is often an option.

CourseHorse Customers
If you purchased your class through CourseHorse, then our Refund & Cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you are entitled to a refund, or have any questions, please visit the CourseHorse site and contact their customer service team.
60-day and 30-day Support Period
Some of our training services come with complimentary follow-up support periods. The Support Period begins on the first day after the last day of training or 10 days after the first day of training–whichever comes first.
Delayed completion of training due to rescheduling of the last day of training to a later date will not extend the support period.
Failure to participate or complete the training session(s) will result in a forfeiture of the complimentary support period.
Registration
We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any forum user or general user who violates our terms of use, any of the forum member guidelines or for any other behavior that we in our discretion believe is inappropriate.
Disclaimers
